Clinc is a conversational AI research company founded in 2015.  The original concept for the conversational AI company was born out of a University of Michigan classroom project developed on the assumption that there were the capacities for building a new kind of AI that would decrease company costs and shorten the time in the design and deployment phase while offering the most naturally conversational virtual assistant experience possible at the very same time.

In five short years, Clinc has become the most advanced conversational AI technology on the market, seen several deployments with significant financial institutions in every corner of the globe, gathered an unbelievable amount of private funding to continue their conversational analysis while scaling for multiple verticals, and was named one of the top twenty-five AI companies to watch by Forbes magazine.

Clinc’s Future Endeavors

From the beginning,  Clinc’s main goal was to discover and create innovative and effective ways to use artificial intelligence to solve common problems in daily life.

It is clear that Clinc plans to make a big push in the coming months to market their AI technology for the financial world and truly embed themselves as the number one choice and the go-to business solution for all things conversational artificial intelligence and customer service assistance in the banking and financial services industry. With the executive overhaul to the Clinc ranks, and the appointments of Jon Newhard, CEO, John Lichtenberg, CMO, and most recently announcing Mahesh Baxi as the new Chief Customer Officer, the conversational AI leader is now fully-equipped and poised to generate new global opportunity for the business.
